Responsibilities: Develop and implement an advertising strategy to ensure alignment with the company's goals; Perform daily ads management across multiple platforms, such as Google, Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram; Collaborate with product managers and design teams to develop compelling ad creatives; Stay updated with the latest advertising and marketing trends and best practices; Monitor and analyze ad performance to reach the target audience effectively. Requirements: 3+ years of experience in Ads management; Interest and knowledge about the IT field, products and solutions; Detail-oriented; Ability to multitask; Self-organized skills; Excellent communication skills; Fluent in Latvian and English.
